Your order got cancelled due to reasons as below.

Payment Fail

Your order will cancel automatically if we didn’t receive your payment within timeline.

- For Credit card, order will cancel when payment not success within 30 minutes.

- For Bank transfer, order will cancel when payment not success within 48 hours.
Item out of stock
Central Online apologize for this inconvenience caused . You will receive email notification for more details. For order with successful payment, you will get refund.
Unsuccessful Delivery
If our logistics team cannot contact customer for Home Delivery , they will try to deliver your parcel again. If delivery failed, the items will return to warehouse or store. For order with successful payment, once the items arrive back to sender, we will proceed refund.
Parcel pending at Click & Collect pick up store more than 7 days
We will hold your item(s) up to 7 days after Pick up code sent via email and SMS to customer. After that, your parcel will return to warehouse or store. For order with successful payment, once the items arrive back to sender, we will proceed refund.

To check the availability of a product at a Central Department Store, directly call the Central Department Store nearest you. You can find the contact information for all Central Department Store branches here If a Central Department Store branch is unable to assist you, please fill in the "Enquiry Form" located on the "Contact Us"

You can apply for The 1 Card at any branch of Central Department Stores, ZEN Department Stores, Robinson Department Stores (except Nakorn-Srithammarath branches), PowerBuy, SuperSport, B2S, homeWorks, and OfficeMate. Registering in-store is subject to a 50 Baht fee; however, you will receive your card immediately. You can also apply for The 1 Card online by clicking here. While applying online is free, you must pick up The 1 Card from a participating branch within 45 days. The 1 Card members receive rewards points for purchases at any Central Department Stores, ZEN Department Stores, Robinson Department Stores, PowerBuy, SuperSport, B2S, homeWorks, and OfficeMate. Points can be converted into cash vouchers and by used to purchase merchandise from any of the above stores.
