Item(s) must be returned to Central Online within 14 days from the received date.

“Change of mind” means customers order any item(s) and changed their mind not to take the item(s) for the reason(s) other than Defective, Damaged, Expired, Missing item , Not as advertised , Incorrect item delivered , Size does not fit. Items eligible for return must be in their original condition , unused and in original package. More information regarding return policy is listed in the below guideline:
- Fashion
- Earrings cannot be returned .
- Accessories & Jewelry those are made to order cannot be returned .
- Swimwear must be tried on over underwear without removing the hygienic strip. If the hygienic strip has been removed or tampered with, they are no longer eligible for return. Returned item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
- Underwear (bras) must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. Underpants and a set of bras with underpants cannot be returned.
- Fashion clothes can be tried. Return items must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
- Footwear products must be returned in their original condition. Shoe soles must be clean and unused.
- Watches, Eye glasses, and Accessories must be returned in the original and unaltered condition. The package with all tags attached must also be returned.
- Health & Beauty
- Cosmetics / Skincare / Personal care products must be returned in their original and sealed condition. Their packages must still be sealed with all tags attached.
- Mom & Kids
- Breast pump / Breast pads / baby bottle/ storage bag / Rubber teats and rubber nipples / Baby wipes and cleaners must be returned in their unused and original condition .
- Pets
- Pet food/ Pet toys/ Pet grooming/ Fish and aquatic pet supplies / Pet cleaning products must be returned in their original and unused condition. The original package and all tags attached must also be returned.
- Sports
- Training equipment / Bicycle / Boxing gloves / Sandbag must be returned in their original and unused condition. The original package and all tags attached must also be returned.
- Food Supplement must be returned in their original and unused condition. The original package and all tags attached must also be returned.
- Massage chair that are made to order cannot be returned.
- Books, Games & Music
- Books , Movie , DVD , Software must be returned in their original and unused condition. The original package and all tags attached must also be returned.
- Automotive & Tools
- Oils & lubricants / Car care and cleaning products / Air refresher must be returned in their original and unused condition. The original package and all tags attached must also be returned.
- Office Equipment
- Made to order and customized product cannot be returned.
- Table/Wardrobe/Oversized furniture and Assembled furniture at delivery point cannot be returned.
- Electronics, Mobile Phones, Tablets & Gadget, Appliances
- All opened / seal-broken items cannot be returned.
- Items which the customer has filled in the warranty card cannot be returned.
- Others
- Free gift / Gift card / E-code / E-coupon / Chemical Products / Food & Beverages / Clearance items cannot be returned.
- Made to order and customized product cannot be returned.
